All is now set for Chief Chinedu Chukwuonye, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Coduc Construction Company Limited, to partner with Imo State Government for the development of Nworie and Otamiri Water Fronts covering over 76000 hectares, this developmental partnership also included his associate and business partner, Heartland Holdings Nigeria Limited led by Mychola.
This partnership aims to transform Nworie/ Utamiri Water Fronts into vibrant economic hubs, promoting tourism, commerce, and recreation. The project will not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the area, it will further create jobs and stimulate economic growth.
Coduc's expertise and resources will be instrumental in delivering a world-class water front project that will benefit the state and her people. Chukwuonye's commitment to investing in Imo State is evident in his company's partnership with the government.
Speaking at the office of Imo State Commissioner for Tourism Hospitality and Culture, Hon.Barr.Jerry Egemba, during signing of the documentation and collaboration papers between Imo State Government, Cudoc Nigeria Limited and Heartland Holdings Limited, the construction giant said 'I love investing in Imo State and Igbo Land. I have one of the highest construction equipments and my plant in South East Nigeria, is domiciled here in Imo State.
Anything I will do towards the economic growth and development of Imo State and Igbo land I will never hesitate to do so. I have always done that with the best of my ability. I think home and act towards the betterment of Imo State East, West, North or South,home is the best , is always said that "no place like home' and I believe in that maxim.
I am glad we have a capable governor who has proven his mettle with quality service delivery in the area of projects execution.
I decided to bring in my wealth of experience and business partners to invest in the state for the development of the water front because of the love I have for my state
Now we have a capacity governor with capacity, who has proven his sincerity of purpose to develop the state,we must all support him in our own little way"
