The Imo State Commissioner for Petroleum, Barr Emeka Mgbudem, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma, on his 6th anniversary in office. In a statement, Barr Mgbudem lauded the Governor's selfless focus on various sectors, including road infrastructure, health, education, land administration, and petroleum industry, among others, which has positioned Imo State for greatness.
Barr Mgbudem noted that Governor Uzodimma's leadership has brought significant development and growth to the state, attracting foreign investors and promoting peace and stability. "Your Excellency's commitment to the welfare of the people is unparalleled," he said.
The Commissioner highlighted the Governor's revolutionary road projects, which have earned him national and international recognition, including the "Infrastructure Governor of the Year 2025" award by Vanguard Newspaper. "Your road projects are instruments of change, transforming the lives of our people and opening up the state to economic opportunities," he added.
Barr Mgbudem also commended the Governor's efforts in the petroleum industry, saying that his leadership has brought hope to the people of Imo State. "Your vision for the petroleum sector is yielding results, with increased investment and production in the industry," he said.
The Commissioner noted that Governor Uzodimma's focus on education has led to significant improvements in the sector, with better infrastructure and resources for schools. "Your commitment to education is a testament to your dedication to the future of our youth," he added.
