This was the reference and commendable words of Chairman of Ihitte/Uboma LGA Council of Traditional Rulers Rev. J.C Uwalaka,, in appreciation and recognition of the capacity of Dr. Eze Onyegbule Okubuiro.
Without mincing words, the Man, Dr. Eze Okubuiro, connotes much to many around him. The Umuihi born philanthropist is never keen to hold back making positive impacts in the lives and welfare of his people.
He is a man with numerous academic qualifications MBBS, PGCert (Warwick, UK), Msc (Leic, UK), Msc (Oxford, UK), DWACS, DRCPI (O/G), MRCDG, DWACS, FHEA (UK).
Dr. Onyegbule Okubuiro, is a well decorated man, who practically worked hard and paid his dues.
Obviously; he earned the status he finds himself today and he deserves it.
A true son of the soil and a proud Son of late Ezinna Geoffrey Okubuiro and late Ezinna Evangeline Ezinwanyi.
Dr Eze Okebuiro emits enough sense of responsibility, humanity and accountability that have largely distinguished the Okubuiro's amongst families.
His benevolent contributions to the society radiates much, which best-informs the five star treatment allotted the elevated High Chief Title conferred on him as "Osinawata buru Eze", the first of its kind in a decade for Umuihi Ancient Kingdom.

The exercise was attractive, all the Traditional Rulers from Ihitte /Uboma, alongside dignitaries of note, Class 90 USSI, Akarugo Age grade, Science School Allumni, including the political head of the Local Government, Hon. Prince Obioha Ndukwe, the Executive Chairman.
Although the recipient of the traditional title was unavoidably absent, but he was well represented by a traditionally positioned personality, Nze Anointing Ihediohanma,
it was indeed a spectacle to behold that exuded so much rightness, as tongues kept wagging that finally the leadership institution has got this "High Chieftaincy title" right
